I was diagnosed with Celiac in 2010. I had to change my life in many ways, personally as well as professionally. I realized how difficult it was for people suffering from food allergies and conditions such as celiac, to enjoy many of their favorite food and fresh baked treats. It soon became my passion to create a flour blend and desserts that are not only gluten free, but would taste great as well. We’ve created delicious gluten free, vegan, dairy free and sugar free desserts and foods for everyone to enjoy.
